From Pictionary to Psychology

Getting to be part of the English conversation group was an incredible experience that I hope I get to be a part of again in the near future. I had the privilege of meeting students from all over the globe and learning a bit about them including what their majors are. We all played Pictionary and I found out that Kenzie and I make a great team when it comes to drawing and guessing. UC Blue Ash has such a great community and I'm so lucky to be a part of it.
At the conversation group I was able to help get people participating in the game by asking who hasn't gone yet and encouraging people to take a turn drawing. This event was mainly about being a first follower rather than a leader because once the Ambassadors got into the game the others became more interested.
It is actually interesting that part of being an Ambassador this week was being a first follower because in Psychology we talked about experiments and some of those experiments actually included how people follow the actions of others. The psychology of why people follow what others do is extremely interesting and one that I don't ever think will be truly understood.
