Club Week

This week I didn't have any events as an ambassador but I did work the club fair for my Partner in Justice club which was very fun. We got a lot more names on our sign-up sheet than expected and the poster we made turned out nicely. For my club I am the president so I have to show leadership but I also have to use servant leadership to serve my club. This meant that at the table I didn't act in a leadership position but just as another member trying to recruit new students to our club.

In my classes I learned a lot of new information but my favorite was learning about mass incarceration in the corrections system through my Introduction to Corrections class. It was interesting to learn the history behind mass incarceration and the numbers relating to prison populations.
