Last week I got to work TAG Day also known as Thank a Giver Day which is an event where students have the opportunity to write cards to donors and/or take a picture to share with the donors to show thanks. This even was very memorable because it was great to see how many students came and wrote cards for donors. I had to be a servant leader by getting students to come write cards and instructing them how to do.

I learned about public defenders in my corrections class because my professor asked my class to go listen to a speaker talk about public defenders. It was incredible to hear the speaker especially since I invited him to come and speak to the school. His speech made me want to become a defense attorney even more and I even got an offer to shadow some of our city's public defenders.
