Love is Love

The title of this post relates to my event this week because it is one of the mottos of the community I worked with.

This past week I had the pleasure of working the LBGTQ Alliance meeting which was the first meeting for the group. I was such an amazing group of people who came together because they care about the LGBTQ community and want to improve it's connection with the general community. They had so many great ideas about speakers to come in and events to hold in the upcoming semester. I really enjoyed being a part of this group and look forward to seeing them grow.

In my classes it was a laid back week but I did get to learn about the federal policing force like Homeland Security and the FBI.
